G7 assist with Torex o2 upgrade…
With a huge amount of different data to capture, the o2 implementation of Torex Power-POS linked to IBM’s billing system is the most advanced of all Power-POS projects Torex has developed to date and the whole project came in on time and to budget, exactly as o2 wanted, bringing benefits from both a commercial and customer service perspective.
Mike Gadd, o2 retail systems manager, commented: “The project has been a huge success and we’ve seen some major differences in the speed, accuracy and simplicity of driving sales. A major and complex upgrade, which was rolled out smoothly, has resulted in more efficient, sophisticated and user-friendly processes.”
G7 will be assisting Torex with the Project Management through the next phase of this upgrade.
